COUNCIL
The Council is the highest decision-making group of the charity. It is responsible for governance and oversees the activities of the Committees (listed below). It has final say on a number of our projects, programmes and strategies. Council is made up of the Chair, Vice-Chair, Treasurer (who are also referred to as honorary officers and can, jointly, make decisions as an Executive Committee of Council) and a number of Trustees. To help manage the responsibilities of Council, it has delegated some of its responsibilities to our Committees.
