Anchovy is a bouncy dog looking for a fun active home where he can tag along on new adventures. He is looking for owners with experience of owning dogs to guide his spirited nature when settling in.

Anchovy like a lot of Lurchers has great fun zooming around our paddocks, we are sure this will be the same in his new home. He has shown some chase drive around animals, therefore he would need to be kept on lead and wear a muzzle when in public for the foreseeable future. A new home with his own private secure garden where he can show off his speed would be best for Anchovy.

Anchovy is a bright dog, enjoying treats and being around his favourite people. Training will be a great way to bond and help him adjust to being in a home and learning all the basics.

He has spent time in office spaces and been friendly with everyone, showing off his cheeky personality wanting to investigate anything he can. He has a big character, making everyone laugh and smile when getting to know him.

Settling in a new dog to a home always takes time, Anchovy will be no exception. He is very enthusiastic about life and will make a great companion, but the initial few months will be a big change for him. Its important for new owners to go at his pace with the right guidance before adventuring too far from home.

Anchovy is looking to be the only dog in the home. He prefers his own space and spending time with people rather than dog companions.
