More about BARBARA

Look at our lovely Barbara, with that big beautiful smile! She came to 新加坡六合彩开奖, along with her littermate, due to a change in her owners' circumstances .

Since being with us, Barbara has shown to be a very sensitive soul. She has been worried by many things, such as new people, handling and a busy environment when out on walks. However, Barbara is finding her feet (or her paws) and we're seeing a really nice improvement in her confidence with each passing day.

Barbara does have a goofy, playful side to her and loves to stretch her legs, zooming around paddocks with her bonded people. She has a lovely affectionate side to her and will curl up in her people's lap for some hands on fuss. She is a typical loveable youngster who is a fan favourite with staff here.

Barbara has been quite a worried girl when meeting dogs on lead, however, after a few greets with another dog and when off lead with them, she is a very playful girl, who does some very enthusiastic play bows and zoomies! Barbara will need to continue practice her on-lead social skills when around other dogs; ideally in neutral spaces outside the home.

Barbara will need experienced new owners, with the time and patience to help her continue to build her confidence, and to show understanding during her settling in period. If given the time and space she needs to settle in with her new family, once bonded they are in for a lifetime of cuddles. She will need her time alone built up very gradually whilst settling in.

If you think you can offer Barbara that special safe space she'll need to become her best self, please contact our London team at rehoming@battersea.org.uk.

If not yet registered to rehome, please do so on our website here: /rehoming, before contacting us about a specific dog.

Please also note that due to the large volume of enquiries we receive, we may only be able to respond to those homes that we feel best meet the needs of the dog.
