George does love the company of his favourite people, wanting affection and fuss all the time. He does like to play and can zoom around wanting to keep up with you. We have found his love for toys especially tennis balls, playing fetch in our paddocks has been great fun for him.
Being a French Bulldog new owners will need be aware of his limitations in the hot weather. He has recently had surgery to help with his breathing and widening his airways but making sure he is comfortable through the summer months will be very important.
George is looking for owners that have experience or some understanding of the French Bulldog breed. He shows typical traits of the breeds and will need some ongoing socialisation around dogs. He can be boisterous in his play style and doesn鈥檛 always read when the other dog has had enough. Due to this he is looking to be the only dog in the home.
George has been a big favourite of staff here; he has such a personality and charms anyone he meets. He is looking for a home with more than one carer, he does find being away from his favourite people stressful so having a family at home to build up his time alone slowly would suit him best.
