Homer is an excitable Lurcher who loves to zoom around. He is based at our Old Windsor centre, if you are interested in Homer please email bow.rehomers@battersea.org.uk.
Homer is looking for new owners that ideally have some knowledge of Sighthounds and are happy to carry on his training.
Homer can sometimes get frustrated around other dogs when he can鈥檛 go over to them so his new owners will need to manage this. At this stage he is looking to be the only dog in his new home so his owners can focus on his training but he will benefit from meeting other social dogs on walks.
He loves his toys and will happily chase after them in our paddocks. This tends to excite him and he鈥檒l get the zoomies afterwards.
Homer walks nicely on the lead but may pull slightly if wanting to greet a dog.
