Marvin is a bright and lively young Lurcher who will be lots of fun for experienced and dedicated owners.

Marvin can be worried by busy environments and traffic, so needs to live in a quieter location to help build his confidence. He can appear very confident and playful but this sometimes masks his anxieties, which can be shown by him getting a bit over the top with people and finding it difficult to settle at home. He is very active and intelligent and will need not just plenty of exercise, but also lots of enrichment and activities to keep his brain busy. He is not a couch potato Lurcher and can be attention-seeking at times so his new owners need to be prepared to give him everything he needs. He will need patient and understanding new owners whilst he settles in.

He has picked up the training that we have put in place to help him settle and have some more control around people.
He's keen to learn and his great food motivation definitely helps with this. However, he still needs lots of guidance and will most likely try to push boundaries at times when he is adjusting to his new home, so is looking for confident owners who are willing to put the work in and be consistent.

Marvin loves a soft toy and even better if it squeaks, a private garden where he can play with toys and run around off lead will be needed.

Marvin loves the camera and is very much a poser!! When Marvin is settled and has had some training, he shows his gentle and affectionate character and loves laying on your lap for a fuss.
