Meet River!

River is a 10-month-old Labrador cross (possibly with bull or guarding breed) who came to us as a stray. She was a bit nervous when she first arrived, taking a couple of days to warm up and make friends. However, once she bonds with someone, her fun and excitable nature shines through, and she becomes quite playful, especially around other dogs. We don't think she would enjoy being around younger children due to her worried nature.

River may be able to live a dog/s, however she is very enthusiastic and would only suit other playful, yet role model type dogs who will help her burn off some excess energy whilst also teaching her the ropes.

Being that she is still very young, River has a lot to learn and is looking for owners who can keep up with her energy and enthusiasm. She needs someone willing to put in the time and effort to help her grow into a well-rounded adult dog. With the right guidance, River will make a wonderful, lively companion.
