Vera's a delightful Greyhound who is looking for a forever home in which she can settle in her own time and get used to home life. She is located at our Old Windsor centre, if you are interested in rehoming her please email bow.rehomers@battersea.org.uk
Vera is gentle with people and enjoys a gentle fuss. She is currently spending some time in a temporary foster home and her foster cares have described her as a relaxed, happy dog who likes to meet people and dogs.
She likes to be with people so will need new owners who can very gradually teach her to spend time alone.
She is playful with toys and likes to pounce on them and make them squeak. She is also a fan of food and this has been useful to get her training started.
